How to Build Your Intuition Muscle

Plus sponsorship information, upcoming events and more!

Welcome to March and a shiny new Be Well Weekly newsletter!

As you can tell, I’ve been making some changes on the backend to my website, email provider, etc. In the past I used Beehiiv and I’ve decided to go back since they have some great functionality and analytics. Let me know what you think.

How to Build Your Intuition Muscle
We all have it. But how often do you use it? I’m talking about your intuition, your inner voice, that gut feeling when you know something is right or wrong.

I’ve always struggled with mine. As a recovering Type A, rule-following, people-pleaser, I seem to always look outside of myself for the answer or the next step. This hasn’t always served me well. From relationships to jobs, when you don’t look inside yourself for alignment, it can sometimes be disastrous.

How do you improve your intuition? I’ve been working on this for several years now and here’s what I’ve found:

  1. As we get older, we get wiser. Our past experiences influence our future ones. We care less about approval and more about feeling good.

  2. Try different forms of meditation. From yoga to sound healing to breathwork, there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Do what works for you, but do it. This is a non-negotiable for tapping into your intuition and hearing your inner voice.

  3. Do your research. Read, experience and learn all that you can. From books to videos on YouTube, there is no shortage of material to expand your knowledge.

  4. Practice, practice, practice. Using your intuition will benefit your relationship with yourself, others, your job or business.

One of the ways I’m investing in my intuition is through Mary Rose Perrone’s Tarot Course. Our first class was last week and I am loving it! You can follow her on IG @ReadingsByRosalia.
