Whether it's losing 20 pounds, launching a business, or finally writing that book—big goals can feel... well, too big. But here’s the secret: you don’t climb a mountain in one leap—you take it one step at a time. That’s where micro goals come in.
🌱 What Are Micro Goals?
Micro goals are tiny, doable actions that move you toward your larger goal. Think:
Drinking a glass of water before coffee each morning
Writing 100 words a day for your book
Doing 5 pushups before you shower
They’re so simple you can’t say no.

Momentum builds motivation – Every checkmark on your list gives your brain a hit of dopamine, reinforcing the habit.
